About the project
Our project aims to develop an intelligent, multimodal system for the automated analysis and valuation of real estate assets, combining explainable AI, computer vision, natural language processing and geospatial analysis. The solution will turn complex real estate processes into more efficient, traceable and interactive workflows adapted to end-user needs.
The project’s overall technical goal is to develop multimodal intelligent-agent technology based on AI/ML and MCP orchestration for residential, office and retail real estate. It will value assets for sale or rent and advise users in a contextual, explainable and regulation-compliant way, with the ability to process text, voice, video, images and documents.
Specific technical objectives
Document understanding
Development of a legal and administrative document-understanding system for the automated interpretation of land registry extracts, sale and lease agreements, mortgage liens and homeowners’ association documents.
Intelligent agent with MCP
Development of a multimodal intelligent agent with MCP orchestration for dynamic task planning, specialized tool invocation and contextual user interaction.
Leads and B2B integrations
Development of a qualified-lead pipeline and B2B connectors for CRMs, MLS platforms and external solutions.
Through these objectives, ZZ Data Labs aims to develop a comprehensive artificial intelligence solution for the real estate sector that automates asset valuation, legal document interpretation and contextual interaction with users in an explainable, efficient and regulation-compliant way, using state-of-the-art multimodal AI and agent-orchestration technologies. This project is intended to place us at the forefront of proptech, introducing capabilities that are not currently available in the market and opening new opportunities for scale and international expansion.
