2. Data, purposes and legal bases

When you use the form, we process your name, email address, phone number, company, message and technical data needed to prevent abuse. We use them to answer your enquiry, consider a potential business relationship and manage the resulting communications.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, when you request a proposal or service, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We will not use these data for advertising without separate permission.

3. Recipients and providers

We do not disclose your data unless required by law. Providers acting for ZZ DATA LABS may access the information to operate the form: AWS (hosting and transactional email), Slack (internal enquiry handling), Microsoft 365 (corporate email) and Google reCAPTCHA (fraud prevention, only when you allow external services).

Some providers may process information outside the EEA. Where this happens, we require a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, plus any necessary supplementary safeguards.

4. Retention

We retain data while handling your request and for any resulting relationship. They are then restricted for the applicable statutory limitation periods and securely deleted.

5. Your rights

You may withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by contacting info@zzdatalabs.com or the postal address above. We may request information strictly needed to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6. Security and automated decisions

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk. Google reCAPTCHA v3 calculates a risk score to detect automated submissions; it does not make decisions with legal effects or create commercial profiles about you.
